Fees listed below are base rates for permanent cosmetic procedures. All New Procedures fees include a Free Follow Up procedure to ‘perfect’ your work after the four-to-six week healing period, up to six months after initial visit. Eyeliner - Upper and Lower Lash line, exactly how you wear it! Your favorite color mixed up for you, applied however you want: natural-looking conservative, dark and dramatic, or even smudged and soft looking! Don’t settle for ‘skinny lines’ when you can have what you really want!
